The Collateral Agent shall provide the Trustee, any Term Loan Agent and each Swap Representative requesting the same with a copy of all notices received from the Loan Parties under the Collateral Documents and from the Revolving Credit Collateral Agent under the Intercreditor Agreement. The Collateral Agent shall timely file Uniform Commercial Code continuation statements to continue the perfection of the security interests under the Collateral Documents. During any period when the Collateral Agent is exercising remedies against any Loan Party or the Collateral, the Collateral Agent shall furnish the Trustee, a Term Loan Agent and any Swap Representative requesting the same with reports of its activities in connection therewith upon the occurrence of significant events and upon the request of the Trustee or a Term Loan Agent.
