Other Actions by the Collateral Agent. The Collateral Agent shall provide the Trustee, each Additional Senior Secured Debt Representative and the Swap Representative requesting the same with a copy of all notices received from the Loan Parties under the Collateral Documents and from the ABL Collateral Agent under the Intercreditor Agreement (as defined therein). The Loan Parties shall timely file Uniform Commercial Code continuation statements to continue the perfection of the security interests under the Collateral Documents. During any period when the Collateral Agent is exercising remedies against any Loan Party or the Collateral, the Collateral Agent shall furnish the Trustee, each Additional Senior Secured Debt Representative and the Swap Representative requesting the same with reports of its activities in connection therewith upon the occurrence of significant events and upon the request of the Trustee or the Swap Representative.

During any period when the Collateral Agent is exercising remedies against any Loan Party or the Collateral, the Collateral Agent shall furnish the Bridge Loan Agent, the Trustee, each Additional Senior Secured Debt Representative and the Swap Representative requesting the same with reports of its activities in connection therewith upon the occurrence of significant events and upon the request of the Bridge Loan Agent, the Trustee or the Swap Representative.
