Other Agreement. 1. Any potential dispute will be solved by mutual consent preferentially.
2. Serious dispute will be adjudged by a trade court operating in place of the contractor.
3. This contract becomes valid from the date of ratification (signature) by both sides.
4. This contract is issued in 2 identical copies, the emptor and the contractor each receive one copies.
5. Affairs, which are not treated by this contract will be solved in accordance with the Trade Code.
Other Agreement. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in this Agreement, in the event that Executive is entitled to severance payments under an employment agreement, severance agreement or any other agreement, to the extent required by section 409A of Code: (i) the severance payments provided under this Agreement shall be made in the same form as the severance payments provided under any other agreement and (ii) to the extent that, such other severance payments are subject to the six-month postponement period under section 409A of the Code, the severance payments provided under this Agreement shall also be subject to the six-month postponement period.
Other Agreement. This Option is subject to the provisions of any other agreement or contract entered into by the Optionee with the Company or any Affiliate that expressly addresses the Option.
