Other Business. The Member may engage in or possess an interest in other business ventures (unconnected with the Company) of every kind and description, independently or with others. The Company shall not have any rights in or to such independent ventures or the income or profits therefrom by virtue of this Agreement.

Other Business. Except as set forth above, nothing in this Agreement shall limit or restrict the right of any of the Sub-Adviser's directors, officers or employees who may also be a trustee, officer, partner or employee of the Trust to engage in any other business or to devote his or her time and attention in part to the management or other aspects of any business, whether of a similar or a dissimilar nature, nor limit or restrict the Sub-Adviser's right to engage in any other business or to render services of any kind to any other corporation, firm, individual or association.
Other Business. Nothing herein shall prevent the Custodian or any of its affiliates from engaging in other business, or from entering into any other transaction or financial or other relationship with, or receiving fees from or from rendering services of any kind to the Company or any other Person. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall constitute the Company and/or the Custodian (and/or any other Person) as members of any partnership, joint venture, association, syndicate, unincorporated business or similar assignment as a result of or by virtue of the engagement or relationship established by this Agreement.
Other Business. The Borrower will not (i) engage in any business other than the transactions contemplated by the Basic Documents, (ii) incur any Indebtedness, obligation, liability or contingent obligation of any kind other than pursuant to this Agreement or any other Basic Document (excluding any incidental expenses incurred by the Borrower in connection with the performance of its obligations under the Basic Documents) or (iii) form any Subsidiary or make any Investments in any other Person.
Other Business. The Seller will not: (i) engage in any business other than the transactions contemplated by the Transaction Documents; (ii) create, incur or permit to exist any Debt of any kind (or cause or permit to be issued for its account any letters of credit or bankers' acceptances) other than pursuant to this Agreement or the Company Note; or (iii) form any Subsidiary or make any investments in any other Person; provided, however, that the Seller shall be permitted to incur minimal obligations to the extent necessary for the day-to-day operations of the Seller (such as expenses for stationery, audits, maintenance of legal status, etc.).
Other Business. Notwithstanding any duty otherwise existing at law or in equity, the Member, the Special Members and any Officer, Manager, employee or agent of the Company and any Affiliate of the Member or the Special Members may engage in or possess an interest in other business ventures (unconnected with the Company) of every kind and description, independently or with others.
