Common use of Other Businesses Clause in Contracts

Other Businesses. As long as Executive is employed by the ---------------- Company or any of its Subsidiaries, Executive agrees that he will not, except with the express written consent of the Board, become engaged in, or render services for, any business other than the business of the Company, any of its Subsidiaries or any corporation or partnership in which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries have an equity interest.
