Other connection to a holder (or to a third party on behalf of a holder) who is liable to such taxes, duties, assessments or governmental charges in respect of such Bond by reason of his having some connection with the Cayman Islands or Hong Kong, other than the mere holding of the Bond or by the receipt of amounts in respect of the Bond;
Other connection to, or to a third party on behalf of, a holder who is liable to such taxes, duties, assessments or governmental charges in respect of such Note or Coupon by reason of his having some connection with Spain other than the mere holding of the Note or Coupon; or
Other connection presented for payment by or on behalf of a holder who is liable to such taxes, duties, assessments or governmental charges in respect of such Note by reason of his having some connection with the Republic of Serbia other than the mere holding of the Note; or
Other connection to, or to a third party on behalf of, a Holder who is liable to such taxes, duties, assessments or governmental charges in respect of such payment under this Guarantee by reason of its having some connection with the relevant Tax Jurisdiction other than the holding of the mere benefit under this Guarantee; or
Other connection to a Bondholder (or to a third party on behalf of a Bondholder) who is subject to such taxes, duties, assessments or governmental charges in respect of such Bond by reason of his having some connection with a Relevant Tax Jurisdiction otherwise than merely by holding the Bond or by the receipt of amounts in respect of the Bond; or
Other connection by or on behalf of a holder who is liable to such taxes, duties, assessments or governmental charges in respect of such 2024 Bond or 2024 Coupon by reason of his having some connection with the Republic of France other than the mere holding of the 2024 Bond or 2024 Coupon; or
Other connection to a Holder (or to a third party on behalf of a Holder) who is liable to such taxes, duties, assessments or governmental charges in respect of such Bond by reason of the Holder having some connection with the PRC, Hong Kong or the Cayman Islands other than the mere holding of the Bond; or
Other connection to a holder (or to a third party on behalf of a holder) who is subject to such taxes, duties, assessments or governmental charges in respect of such Bond by reason of his having some connection with Vietnam otherwise than merely by holding the Bond or enforcement of rights under this Indenture or the paying agent, conversion agent, transfer agent and registrar appointment letter or by the receipt of amounts in respect of the Bond;
Other connection by or on behalf of a Holder who is liable to such taxes, duties, assessments or governmental charges in respect of such Bond or Coupon by reason of his having some connection with the Relevant Taxing Jurisdiction other than the mere holding of the Bond or Coupon;
Other connection held by a holder (or on behalf of a holder) who is liable to such taxes, duties, assessments or governmental charges in respect of such Bond by reason of his having some connection with the PRC other than the mere holding of the Bond; or
