Other Contracts. The Board of Supervisors may undertake or award other contracts for additional Work, and the Contractor shall fully cooperate with such other contractors and County employees and carefully fit his own Work to such additional Work as may be directed by OC Public Works. The Contractor shall not commit or permit any act, which will interfere with the performance of Work by any other contractor or by County employees.

Other Contracts. The Employee shall not, during the Term of this Agreement, have any other paid employment (other than with a subsidiary or affiliate of the Employer), except with the prior approval of the Board of Directors of the Employer.

Other Contracts. The Executive shall not, during the term of this Agreement, have any other paid employment other than with a subsidiary of the Company, except with the prior approval of the Board of Directors.

Other Contracts. Executive represents and warrants that he is not a Party to any existing contract relating to the granting or assignment to others of any interest in Inventions, Confidential Information, Copyright Works or Patents hereafter made by Executive except insofar as copies of such contracts, if any, are attached to this Agreement.

Other Contracts. The Company or Government may undertake or award other contracts for additional work at or near the Seller’s work site. Seller shall fully cooperate with the other contractors and with Company and Government employees and shall carefully adapt scheduling and performing the work under this Agreement to accommodate the additional work, heeding any direction that may be provided by Company. Seller shall not commit or permit any act that will interfere with the performance of work by any other contractor or by Company or Government employees.

Other Contracts. From and after the date of this Shareholder ----------------- Agreement, the Shareholder shall not enter into or become subject to any agreement or commitment which would restrict or in any way impair the obligation of the Shareholder to comply with all the terms of this Shareholder Agreement, including, without limitation, any other agreement to sell, transfer or otherwise dispose of the Shareholder shares of Community West Stock.

Other Contracts. ‌ The Exchange may undertake or award other contracts for additional work, and the contractor shall fully cooperate with such other contractors and Exchange or government employees and carefully adapt scheduling and performing the work under this contract to accommodate the additional work as may be directed by the contracting officer. The contractor shall not commit or permit any act which will interfere with the performance of work by any other contractor or by Exchange or government employees.

Other Contracts. Nothing contained in this Contract must be construed to prevent the Contractor from operating other comprehensive health care plans or providing health care services to persons other than those covered hereunder; provided, however, that the Contractor must provide CMS and EOHHS with a complete list of such plans and services, upon request. CMS and EOHHS will exercise discretion in disclosing information that the Contractor may consider proprietary, except as required by law. Nothing in this Contract may be construed to prevent CMS or EOHHS from contracting with other comprehensive health care plans, or any other provider, in the same Service Area.
