Seller shall provide Purchaser prompt written notice, including relevant information, when it has knowledge that any permits, licenses, or other approvals required for the performance of this purchase order and that are to be obtained by Seller are unable to be obtained or have expired, been cancelled, suspended, revoked, or otherwise rendered invalid.
