Other Devices. Service terminations before the end of the Minimum Service Term for all devices other than Advanced Devices are subject to an early termination fee of up to $200 per device, in addition to any other Service charges that apply to the terminated Corporate-Liable Active Unit.

Other Devices. Devices you may use with the Services which are not classified as Equipment. By way of example, this includes but is not limited to monitors, televisions, gaming consoles, keyboards, laptops, CPUs, IoT devices, remote controls, mobile devices, equipment supporting Over The Top (“XXX”) or streaming video devices (examples like Apple TV boxes, Roku devices, Verizon Stream TV devices, or Amazon Firestick or FireCube), virtual assistant devices, power supply and related cords and cables for connectivity.
Other Devices. It is desirable that the Provider’s solution, if applicable, also be accessible from remote locations using another computer – for example, for a student to access the servers associated to the Provider’s solution through the family’s home computer. Bidders must document which aspects of its solution will be available to students and teachers from a device other than the Provider's portable computing device and what, if any, special software is necessary.
Other Devices. Smart phones, tablets and other electronic devices can store your card (such as through a mobile wallet). This means they can be used to make purchases or other transactions. Any such transactions are covered by this Agreement. Apps that use your card to make transactions may have separate terms of use. Except as prohibited by law, any change in terms will apply to your existing account balance as well as to future transactions. We may change the terms of this Agreement based on information in your credit report, market conditions, and business strategy or for any other reason. CHANGES TO BENEFITS: Any benefit, reward, service or feature offered may change or be discontinued at any time for any reason. Separate terms and conditions will describe any exceptions. ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATES AND INTEREST CHARGES VISA VARIABLE RATE PROGRAM: This section explains how we calculate rates and interest charges applicable to your account. Your variable APR information is shown in Part 1 including any promotional or introductory APR that may apply when your account is opened. We use annual percentage rates (APRs) to calculate interest charges on your account. Our VISA program is a variable rate program, which means that your APR may increase or decrease each billing cycle while you maintain your account with us.
