Other Divisions Clause Samples
The 'Other Divisions' clause defines how work or responsibilities that fall outside the main scope of the contract are to be handled. It typically clarifies which parties are responsible for tasks or services not explicitly covered in the primary agreement, such as coordination with third-party vendors or integration with separate project phases. This clause ensures that all aspects of a project are accounted for, preventing gaps in responsibility and reducing the risk of disputes over unassigned tasks.
Other Divisions. The provisions of Section 1 above shall, insofar as applicable, apply to the other Fire Department Divisions, except that such employees shall receive twelve (12) eight (8) hour sick days per year credit. Sick leave credits may accumulate without limitation, except as provided in Section 7 of this Article or elsewhere in this Agreement.
