OTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS. Our financial management tools within MyFi3600 allow you to view accounts that you may have outside our financial institution (this is a process called “aggregation”). When you choose to use online financial services which are applicable to data that you have transacted with other financial institutions or card issuers, you are consenting to us accessing and aggregating your data from those outside financial institutions. That data includes your financial institution account access number(s), password(s), security question(s) and answer(s), account number(s), login information, and any other security or access information used to access your account(s) with other financial institutions, and the actual data in your account(s) with such financial institution(s) such as account balances, debits and deposits (collectively, "Financial Account Data"). In giving that consent, you are agreeing that we, or a third party vendor on our behalf, may use, copy and retain all non‐personally identifiable information of yours for the following purposes: (i) as pertains to the use, function, or performance of the services which you have selected; (ii) as necessary or useful in helping us, or third parties on our behalf, to diagnose or correct errors, problems, or defects in the services you have selected; (iii) for measuring downloads, acceptance, or use of the services you have selected;

OTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS. After agreeing to this Agreement and providing any additional information requested, you may enroll accounts at other financial institutions referred to as “External Accounts” in the Fund Transfer Service. You authorize SSFCU to verify External Accounts at another financial institution through the use of standard verification methods, which may include a trial transfer, in which one or more low value payments will be deposited to the account. If a trial transfer is performed, you will then be required to verify the amount of the each deposit made into such account before the account is considered to be a Verified External Account. The number of Verified External Accounts established may be limited.

OTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS that are either signatories to this Loan Agreement or who from time to time may hereafter become a lender under this Agreement (hereinafter together with Bank of America and JPMorgan, collectively referred to as the “Lenders” and individually referred to as a “Lender”), BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., a national banking association duly organized and validly existing under the laws of the United States of America, having an office located at 000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxx 00000, in its capacity as the administrative agent for the Lenders hereunder (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrative Agent”, as said definition is more fully described in Section 1.01 hereof).
OTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS. Wings may add or remove other financial institutions at any time for any reason and has no obligation to provide notice to you of any such change. You agree, upon request by Wings or the Aggregation Vendor, to take those actions necessary to terminate outstanding authorizations, enter into new authorization, or otherwise give effect to the addition or removal of other financial institutions. You understand and acknowledge that the other financial institutions that control your accounts and assets may be incompatible with the Service.

  • Financial Institutions Notwithstanding this Article 3, any party may provide Confidential Information to any financial institution in connection with borrowings from such financial institution by such party or any of its Controlled Related Parties, so long as prior to any such disclosure such financial institution executes a confidentiality agreement that provides protection substantially equivalent to the protection provided the parties in this Article 3.

  • EEA Financial Institution No Loan Party is an EEA Financial Institution.

  • FINANCIAL INSTITUTION’S LIABILITY Liability for failure to make transfers. If we do not complete a transfer to or from your account on time or in the correct amount according to our agreement with you, we will be liable for your losses or damages. However, there are some exceptions. We will not be liable, for instance:

  • Affected Financial Institution No Loan Party is an Affected Financial Institution.

  • Financial Institution The Financial Institution will not be liable under this Agreement, except for (i) its own willful misconduct, bad faith or negligence or (ii) breach of its representations and warranties in this Agreement. The Financial Institution will not be liable for special, indirect or consequential losses or damages (including lost profit), even if the Financial Institution has been advised of the likelihood of the loss or damage and regardless of the form of action.

  • Location of Financial Institution Regardless of any provision in any other agreement, for purposes of the UCC, New York will be the location of the bank for purposes of Sections 9-301, 9-304 and 9-305 of the UCC and the securities intermediary for purposes of Sections 9-301 and 9-305 and Section 8-110 of the UCC.

  • Financial Institutions Covenants (a) Statements, Confirmations and Other Correspondence. The Financial Institution will promptly deliver copies of statements, confirmations and correspondence about the Collateral Accounts and the cash or other financial assets credited to a Collateral Account to the Grantors and the Secured Party.

  • Reliance by Financial Institution The Financial Institution is not obligated to investigate or inquire whether the Secured Party may deliver a Secured Party Order. The Financial Institution may rely on communications (including Secured Party Orders) believed by it in good faith to be genuine and given by the proper party.
