Other Government-Related Costs and Fees. Comcast reserves the right to invoice Customer for any fees or payment obligations in connection with the Services imposed by governmental or quasi-governmental bodies in connection with the sale, installation, use, or provision of the Services, including, without limitation, applicable franchise fees, right of way fees and Universal Service Fund charges (if any), regardless of whether Comcast or its Affiliates pay the fees directly or are required by an order, rule, or regulation of a taxing jurisdiction to collect them from Customer. Taxes and other government-related fees and surcharges may be changed with or without notice, In the event that any newly adopted law, rule, regulation or judgment increases Comcast’s costs of providing Services, Customer shall pay Comcast’s additional costs of providing Services under the new law, rule, regulation or judgment.
