Other Inspections; Emergencies. The TDHE may inspect the unit at any other time for any reasonable purpose. The TDHE shall provide the Participant(s) with prior notice of the inspection when possible under the circumstances and shall use its best efforts to minimize any disruption or inconvenience to the Participant(s). The TDHE may enter the unit at any time without notice to the Participant in the event of an emergency, including but not limited to participant health or safety concerns, or imminent damage or destruction of the unit. The TDHE shall notify the Participants as soon as possible subsequent to the conduct of such emergency inspection.
