Other Instruments and Documents. The Collateral Agent shall have received such other instruments and documents as the Collateral Agent may have reasonably requested, and all instruments and documents delivered pursuant to this Section 4.01 shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to the Collateral Agent.
Other Instruments and Documents. HMA, HMA LP, and the Company will have delivered to Foundation and Novant, all of the instruments and documents required by Section 6.2 and Section 6.4.

Other Instruments and Documents. The Administrative Agent shall have received (with a photocopy for each Bank) such other instruments and documents as the Administrative Agent may have reasonably requested on or before the Effective Date.
