Common use of Other Insurance Matters Clause in Contracts

Other Insurance Matters. Apart from the matters set forth above, the coverage and terms of any insurance with respect to any Aircraft Assets (a) subject to a Lease, shall be negotiated on a basis consistent with Sections 3(b) and (c) of Schedule 2.02(a) to the Servicing Agreement and (b) not subject to a Lease, shall be substantially consistent with the customary practices of the Servicer regarding similar equipment.

Other Insurance Matters. Apart from the matters set forth above, the coverage and terms of any insurance with respect to any Aircraft Assets (a) subject to a Lease, shall be negotiated on a basis consistent with Sections 3(b) and (c) of Schedule 2.02(a) to the Servicing Agreement and (b) not subject to a Lease, shall be substantially consistent with the customary commercial practices of the Servicer leading international aircraft operating lessors regarding similar equipment.

Apart from the matters set forth above, the coverage and terms of any insurance with respect to any Aircraft Assets (a) subject to a Lease, shall be negotiated on a basis ANNEX 1 TO THE SERVICING AGREEMENT consistent with Sections 3(b) and (c) of Schedule 2.02(a) to the Servicing Agreement and (b) not subject to a Lease, shall be substantially consistent with the customary practices of the Servicer regarding similar equipment.
