Common use of Other Investments Clause in Contracts

Other Investments. If an Investment is not described above, the fair market value may be established through a competitive bidding process, as follows: (1) at least three bids on the Investment must be received from persons with no financial interest in the Certificates (e.g., as underwriters or brokers); and (2) the Yield on the Investment must be equal to or greater than the Yield offered under the highest bid.

Other Investments. If an Investment is not described above, the fair market value may be established through a competitive bidding process, as follows: (1) at least three 3 bids on the Investment must be received from persons with no financial interest in the Certificates Bonds (e.g., as underwriters or brokers); and (2) the Yield on the Investment must be equal to or greater than the Yield offered under the highest bid.
