Other Meetings. The Chair or any two (2) or more Trustees may call a meeting of the Trustees at any time by giving at least five (5) days' written notice of the time and place thereof to each Trustee. Meetings of the Trustees may be held at any time without notice if all Trustees consent thereto.β
