Other Nondisclosure Agreements. In the event that Company is subject to the terms of any confidentiality or nondisclosure agreement relating to some or all of the Confidential Information that imposes greater restrictions on the disclosure and/or use of such Confidential Information, then Employee shall comply with such greater restrictions to the extent that Employee is made aware of them.
Other Nondisclosure Agreements. Notwithstanding the provisions set forth below in Section 7.6 hereof, the provisions of this Section 6 shall be in addition to, and not in substitution for, the provisions of the separate nondisclosure agreements if any executed by the Company with any Preferred Shareholder with respect to the transactions contemplated herein. The provisions of this Sections 6.1 to 6.4 shall terminate with respect to a Preferred Shareholder on the earlier of (a) the termination of this Agreement and (b) the date such Preferred Shareholder ceases to hold any Preferred Shares.
Other Nondisclosure Agreements. The parties may enter into other nondisclosure agreements governing specific disclosures. To the extent that the terms governing a specific disclosure are more restrictive than the terms of this Agreement, the more restrictive terms will control regarding the specific disclosure.
Other Nondisclosure Agreements. Notwithstanding the provisions set forth in Section 6.6 hereof, the provisions of this Section 5 shall be in addition to, and not in substitution for, the provisions of the separate nondisclosure agreements if any executed by the Company with any Purchaser with respect to the transactions contemplated herein.
