Common use of Other Patents Clause in Contracts

Other Patents. Within 30 days of acquisition of a U.S. patent, or of filing of an application for a U.S. patent, Borrower shall deliver to Administrative Agent a copy of said patent, with a grant of security as to such patent confirming the grant thereof hereunder, the form of such confirmatory grant to be substantially the same as the form hereof, and such patents shall be “Patents” hereunder.

Other Patents. Within 30 thirty (30) days of acquisition of a U.S. patentPatent, or of filing of an application for a U.S. patentPatent, Borrower each Debtor shall deliver to the Administrative Agent a copy of said patentPatent or such application, as the case may be, with a grant of security as to such patent Patent, as the case may be, confirming the grant thereof hereunder, the form of such confirmatory grant to be substantially satisfactory to the same as the form hereof, and such patents shall be “Patents” hereunderAdministrative Agent.
