Other Permissible Salary Items. 1. The salary range and fringe benefits of Teachers whose employment is governed by the terms of this Agreement shall be based upon a contractual work year of one hundred eighty-three (183) days. This provision was not bargained and has been included in the Agreement for informational purposes only. 2. The Board shall pay directly to the Indiana Teacher Retirement Fund (TRF) each Teacher’s three percent (3%) mandatory contribution to this retirement fund.
