Common use of Other Policies Clause in Contracts

Other Policies. All other matters relating to the employment of the Employee not specifically addressed in this Agreement shall be subject to the general policies regarding executive employees of the Company as in effect from time to time.

Other Policies. All other matters relating to the employment of the Employee not specifically addressed in this Agreement shall be subject to the general policies regarding executive senior management employees of the Company as in effect from time to time.

Other Policies. All other matters relating to the employment of the Employee Executive by the Company not specifically addressed in this Agreement shall Agreement, or in the plans and programs referenced above (including, without limitation, vacation, sick and other paid time off), will be subject to the general employee handbooks, rules, policies regarding executive employees and procedures of the Company as in effect from time to time.
