Other Property Owners. Unless Generator is directed to do so by Manitoba Hydro, Manitoba Hydro shall make Reasonable Efforts to procure from the owners of any property not owned by Generator upon which the Manitoba Hydro Interconnection Facilities are to be installed any necessary rights of use, licenses, rights of way and easements, in a form reasonably satisfactory to Manitoba Hydro, for the construction, operation, maintenance and replacement of the Manitoba Hydro Interconnection Facilities upon such property. Generator shall reimburse Manitoba Hydro for all reasonable and documented costs incurred by Manitoba Hydro in securing such rights.
