Other Provisions Relating to the Executive Committee. (1) All Represented Members shall be entitled to be reimbursed by the Company for their Representatives’ reasonable out-of-pocket costs incurred in connection with their duties and responsibilities as Representatives to the extent provided for in the Business Plan. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, no Member or Representative, or any Affiliate of either such Person, shall receive any salary or other remuneration for its services rendered pursuant to this Agreement.
