Other Related Duties. The phrase "Other Related Duties" shall include those additional duties related to the job and/or the operation of the organization that may be assigned to the incumbent. Note 1: The matter in Bold is resolved with the proviso that the number of grids agreed to will be sufficient for the Association. The Employer does not agree with the Association's position that the default is that the Classification Referee can establish new wage rates if the Association believes that the number of grids are insufficient. In the event the Association maintains that the number of grids are insufficient, the parties reserve the right to arbitrate this issue at a later date if it is not resolved. CLASSIFICATION MANUAL
