Other Related Services. Catalent shall provide such Product-related services, other than Processing or Product Maintenance Services, as agreed to in writing by the parties from time to time. Such writing shall include the scope and fees for any such services and be appended to this Agreement. The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall govern and apply to such services.
Other Related Services. Other related services include: (a) aggregating and processing purchase and redemption orders for Shares; (b) providing Shareholders with account statements showing their purchases, sales, and positions in the applicable Fund; (c) processing dividend payments for the applicable Fund; (d) providing sub-accounting services to the Trust for Shares held for the benefit of Shareholders; (e) forwarding communications from the Trust to Shareholders, including proxy statements and proxy solicitation materials, shareholder reports, dividend and tax notices, and updated Prospectuses and Statements of Additional Information; (f) receiving, tabulating and transmitting proxies executed by Shareholders; (g) transmitting and receiving funds in connection with Shareholder orders to purchase, redeem or exchange shares; (h) developing and maintaining website content; (i) developing, maintaining and enhancing the website to retain state-of-the-art status versus benchmarked sites; and (j) providing support and related services to financial intermediaries in order to facilitate their processing of orders and communications with Shareholders.

Other Related Services. Cardinal Health shall provide other services upon terms and conditions agreed to by the parties in writing from time to time.
Other Related Services. PCI shall provide such related services (including tooling purchases and repair; analytical work; stability; auditing of Suppliers; and retain storage) other than Packaging, as agreed to in writing by the parties from time to time. Such writing shall include the scope and fees for any such services and be appended to this Agreement. The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall govern and apply to such services.
Other Related Services. Pro-Tech shall provide other services upon terms and conditions agreed to by the parties in writing from time to time.
Other Related Services. Curia shall provide services other than the Processing of Product upon terms and conditions agreed to by the parties in writing from time to time, such other services to be set forth in a Scope of Work (each, an "SOW") signed by both parties. A sample form of an SOW is attached hereto as Exhibit C.
Other Related Services. Other services not included in the foregoing, when authorized in writing by the COUNTY as part of an executed Amendment to this agreement, shall be paid in accordance with the terms of such amendment.

Other Related Services. A. Systematic linkage of shareholder accounts with exact matches on SSN and address for the purpose of consolidated account history reporting. Periodic production of laser printed combined statements.
B. Production of household mailing labels which enable the Fund to do special mailings to each address in the Fund Group rather than each account.
C. Produce shareholder lists, labels and ad hoc reports to Fund management as requested.
