Common use of Other Releasing Persons Clause in Contracts

Other Releasing Persons. The term “Other Releasing Persons” as used herein shall mean any and all Persons who have or assert any right to xxx the Named Defendants and/or any other Released Persons, independently, derivatively or otherwise, by reason of their personal relationship with Claimant, and/or otherwise by, through or under, or otherwise in relation to, Claimant (“Derivative Claimants”). Derivative Claimants include, but are not limited to, Claimant’s heirs, beneficiaries, surviving spouse (including, but not limited to, a putative or common law spouse), surviving domestic partner and/or next of kin, if any.
