Other Reports and Disclosures. 10.4.1 If Contractor receives less than $10,000 combined in federal, state, or City funds annually, Contractor shall deliver a report to City within thirty (30) calendar days after the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement describing how such funds were used during the Term.
