Common use of Other Requirements and Attachments Clause in Contracts

Other Requirements and Attachments. 1.60.1 This Agreement incorporates a number of listed Articles and Schedules which, together with their associated Appendices, Exhibits, and Addenda (collectively, “attachments” and individually, “an attachment”), constitute the entire Agreement between the Parties. It is understood that the titles of these attachments are for convenience of reference only, and are not intended to limit the applicability which any particular attachment may otherwise have. 1.60.2 Appended to this Agreement and incorporated herein are the Articles and Schedules listed in the Table of Contents. To the extent that any definitions, terms or conditions in any given attachment differ from those contained in the main body of this Agreement, those definitions, terms or conditions will supersede those contained in the main body of this Agreement, but only in regard to the services or activities listed in that particular attachment. In particular, if an attachment contains a term length that differs from the term length in the main body of this Agreement, the term length of that attachment will control the length of time that services or activities are to occur under the attachment, but will not affect the term length of the remainder of this Agreement, except as may be necessary to interpret the attachment.
