Other Rights and Limitations. 1. Except as provided for in the paragraph 5 of the above Article, the customer shall not make any copy of the Product.
2. The customer shall not assign, transfer, sublicense, lend, pledge, mortgage, dispose of or use for commercial hosting services (irrespective of whether onerous or gratuitous) the Product or the rights and obligations specified in this Agreement in whatever manner.
3. The customer shall not by itself or through a third party make any attempt to alter, modify, combine or adapt the Product or analyze or derive the source code of the Product by reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling or any other means.
4. The customer shall not use the Product in a manner not specified in the related documents such as manuals.
5. The customer shall not delete or modify the copyright marks or any other indications attached to the Product.
6. The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in and to the Product belong to the Company and/or the rightful owner specified on the Product.
7. The Company shall retain all other rights not explicitly specified in this Agreement.
Other Rights and Limitations. 3-1.
(1) The Customer may duplicate the Software solely for the purpose of backing up, provided, however, that Customer may not try out, use, or run such back up of the Software on any computer, whether owned by the Customer or not, except for the case where the Customer fixes the data originally installed. The Customer may duplicate the Software for the purpose of examinations to confirm whether modified programs and/or optional components of the Software are suitable to the technical environment of the Customer before the installment thereof; provided that any duplications hereunder shall be used only for the purpose of such examinations and may not be used permanently, and, therefore, the Customer shall delete and destroy any of such duplications immediately after the relevant examination is completed.
(2) The Customer may transfer the Software to another server computer owned or legitimately held by the Customer, when the Customer must delete the Software from the server computer from which the Software was transferred.
Other Rights and Limitations. You agree not to download, access for the purpose of copying or otherwise seek to modify, adapt or translate the Service and further agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Service. You may not rent, lease, distribute or lend the Service to third parties. The Service is licensed as a single unit, and its component programs may not be separated for some other use. Further, you agree not to place the Service onto or into a shared environment accessible via a public network such as the Internet or otherwise accessible by others outside the single device of the single location referred to in Section 1 above.

You may not, and may not permit or aid others to, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, update, modify, reproduce, duplicate, copy, distribute, place the Software onto a server so that it is accessible by third parties via a public network or otherwise disseminate all or any part of the Software, or extract source code from the object code of the Software. You may not publish or make available to the public, without Licensor's prior written approval, your impressions, evaluations, notes or recommendations from the use of the Software. The Software is licensed as a single product; you may not separate its component parts for use on more than one computer or for any other purpose. You may not assign, sublicense, transfer, pledge, lease, rent, or share your rights under this Agreement. Any data processed, shared, transferred or otherwise used by you, including any of your users, is your sole responsibility. You must comply with applicable data protection laws and regulations. You must verify that no unauthorized users have access to your data. YOU SOLELY, ARE RESPONSIBLE TO BACK UP YOUR DATA. Under no circumstances will Licensor be liable for any inaccuracy, loss of or damages to your data used by you including any of your users by means of the Software.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify or disassemble the Software or otherwise reduce the Software to human-perceivable form in whole or in part, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law. The foregoing includes but is not limited to review of data structures or similar materials produced by Software. The Software is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one Product. You may not use the Software for any illegal purpose or conduct. Except as expressly provided for under this agreement you may not copy the Software; except, however, you may keep one copy of the Software and, if applicable, one copy of any previous version, for back-up purposes, only to be used in the event of failure of the original. All copies of the Software must be marked with the proprietary notices provided on the original Software. You may not reproduce the supporting documentation accompanying the Software. You may not modify, translate or create derivative works of the Software, except as expressly permitted by an OSS License. You may not remove or obscure any proprietary notices, identification, label or trademarks on or in the Software or the supporting documentation. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this agreement solely in connection with transfer of the Product; provided that you retain no copies, you transfer all of the Software (including all component parts, the media and printed materials and any Releases), and this license agreement, and, if applicable, the Certificate of Authenticity), and the recipient agrees to the terms of this license agreement. If the Software is a Release, any transfer must include all prior versions of the Software. However, if the Software is marked "Not for Resale" or "NFR", you may not resell it or otherwise transfer it for value. You may not publish the results of any benchmark tests run on the Product, Software, or any component of the Software without written permission from Spectralink. COPYRIGHT. The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Software is licensed (not sold) to you, and its use is subject to the terms of this agreement. This is NOT a sale contract. Other Rights and Limitations. (1) The Customer is not allowed to duplicate, distribute, transmit (including to post on a website and/or any other act to have the Software accessible from the public), lease, pledge the Software except for the purpose of the Customer’s own use. In addition, the Customer may not assign, transfer or sublicense the right to use or try out the Software to any third party.
(2) The Customer is not allowed to modify, translate, reverse engineer, reverse compile, reverse assemble or make any software derived from the Software and documents relating to the Software. In addition, the Customer may not use any part or component of the Software apart from the other parts and components thereof.
Other Rights and Limitations. You shall not (i) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation; (ii) publish, display, rent, lease, modify, loan, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Software or any part thereof; (iii) attempt to hack into, infiltrate, or otherwise gain unauthorized access to the Software or other Zix systems; (iv) remove any proprietary notices or labels from the Software; or (v) use the Software or Subscription Services for any unlawful purpose or in a way not permitted by this Agreement.
Other Rights and Limitations. Activation. The LICENSED SOFTWARE contains technological measures that are designed to prevent its unlicensed or illegal use. The LICENSED SOFTWARE may contain enforcement technology that limits LICENSEE’s ability to install and uninstall the LICENSED SOFTWARE on a machine to no more than a finite number of times, and for a finite number of machines. If any such applicable activation procedure(s) are not followed, then the LICENSED SOFTWARE may only operate for a finite period of time. If LICENSEE has any problem with the activation process, LICENSEE should contact PATAGAMES customer support. The absence of any activation measures shall not be taken to mean that PATAGAMES consent to any use of the LICENSED SOFTWARE beyond the uses permitted in this Agreement.
Other Rights and Limitations. User may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software. User may not transfer or sub-license the Licensed software to any third party, in whole or in part, in any form whether modified or unmodified. This Agreement and the licenses granted by it may not be assigned, sub-licensed, or otherwise transferred by User without the prior written consent of DirWiz.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify or disassemble the SERVICE or otherwise reduce the SERVICE to human-perceivable form in whole or in part, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by a third party license or applicable laws. The foregoing includes but is not limited to review of data structures or similar materials produced by the SERVICE. The SERVICE is licensed as a single product. You may not use the SERVICE for any illegal purpose or conduct.
