Common use of Other Royalty Provision Clause in Contracts

Other Royalty Provision. No royalties shall accrue on the disposition of a Licensed Product by either Party in reasonable quantities without direct or indirect consideration being received by the Parties such as samples (promotional or otherwise) or as donations at less than cost price (for example, to non-profit institutions or government agencies for a non-commercial purpose, or to patient assistance programs) or for use in Clinical Studies conducted by or on behalf of Crucell.
