Other Service Fees. Company shall pay to Bank fees for services, and other items, as stated on and at the time specified in Exhibit B. Bank may charge the Company Account for these amounts. In the event additional services are requested, the parties shall negotiate in good faith for the additional service and payment therefor.
Other Service Fees a. Monthly Service Fee You may charge me a monthly service fee for the use of Xxxx Xxxxx. The amount of the fee is set forth under the Schedule of Service Charges at the end of this Agreement and Disclosure. You will automatically deduct the service fee from my primary checking account beginning 90 days from the date of application unless a different date is agreed to. You will continue to charge my account monthly on the last day of the month (or the next banking day if the due date falls on a weekend or holiday) until the service is discontinued.
Other Service Fees. Each party will charge the other party at its then current standard professional services rates (subject to the discount set forth on Exhibit N) for all other services rendered hereunder, including, without limitation, the Certification training services described in Section 3, if applicable, and the sales and marketing support described in Section 14. The party providing the services will invoice the other party on a monthly basis for such service fees, and the party receiving the services will pay such fees within 30 days of its receipt of the invoice.

2.2. Redemption Fees: Plates or Ingots $250 At the Mint's discretion, up to a maximum of 1% of the value of the metal in the Precious Metals as calculated by the Mint using the PM price of platinum as published by the LBMA on the day of the redemption.
2.3. Withdrawal and Transfer Fees:
Other Service Fees. Zintro offers additional optional services such as call recordings, transcriptions, moderation and summaries. These services are priced separately upon request.
Other Service Fees. Other services can be provided by Manager on an as needed basis. The first use of these services is included as part of this Agreement as “Intro Packet Services” described in Appendix A. Should you require the use of any of these services after the initial use, you will be charged per the attached schedule for each time the service is used. Other Service Fees. Other service fees refer to land coordination fees, young crops and breeding input compensation fees.
(i) Land coordination fees: forty per cent (40%) upon handover of the Project Land Area by the Contractor, twenty per cent (20%) upon the completion of 50% of the pile foundation construction work within the Project Land Area, thirty per cent ( 30 %) upon the completion of all the pile foundation construction work within the Project Land Area and ten per cent (10%) upon the designed power generation capacity being fully connected to grid.
(ii) Young crops and breeding input compensation fees: forty per cent (40%) upon handover of t he Project Land Area, twenty per cent (20%) upon the completion of 50% of the pile foundation construction work within the Project Land Area, thirty per cent (30%) upon the completion of all the pile foundation construction work within the Project Land Area and ten per cent (10%) upon the designed power generation capacity being fully connected to grid. The Contractor shall provide documents of proof of work progress and other requested documents to the Employer for each payment. The Employer shall pay the corresponding amount to the Contractor within 30 days after receipt and verification of the relevant documents.
Other Service Fees. Exhibit A is hereby amended to include the following under the heading of “Other Service Fees”:
