OTHER SERVICE OBLIGATIONS. Any service obli- gation incurred by an officer under an agree- ment entered into under subsection (b) shall be in addition to any service obligation incurred by the officer under any other provision of law or agreement.

OTHER SERVICE OBLIGATIONS. Lessee shall at its own expense throughout the Term of this Lease be exclusively responsible for implementing any City, County, Valley Water, State or Federal water conservation program; maintaining distribution system maps and plat maps; preparing any required urban water management plans; and in general, doing all such acts and performing all such services as required to operate the Water System in a manner similar to that in which it operates its own district systems, subject; however, to the provisions of this Lease. All maps, plans and records required by this section and/or through the operation, maintenance and improvement of the Water System shall be transmitted to City at a minimum frequency as specified in the following subsection regarding reports.

The Agreement (including this DPA) constitutes such documented initial instructions and each use of the Cloud Service then constitutes further instructions. SAP will use reasonable efforts to follow any other Customer instructions, as long as they are required by Data Protection Law, technically feasible and do not require changes to the Cloud Service. If any of the before-mentioned exceptions apply, or SAP otherwise cannot comply with an instruction or is of the opinion that an instruction infringes Data Protection Law, SAP will immediately notify Customer (email permitted).
