Veškerá komunikace v souvislosti s touto smlouvou musí probíhat písemně s uvedením čísla smlouvy prostřednictvím informačního systému (xxx-xxx.xxx.xx), nebo zasláním na adresu uvedenou na první straně této smlouvy pracovníkovi pověřenému administrací Programu Vzdělávání, v souladu s instrukcemi, které budou za tímto účelem poskytnuty.

OTHER SPECIAL TERMS. The City will provide the Consultant all pertinent information and data available to the City and deemed necessary to perform assigned tasks as listed in Client Responsibilities.
OTHER SPECIAL TERMS. 14.1 Any communication made in connection with this agreement shall be made in writing, stating the agreement number and the application reference number and it will be sent to the PO address, specified on the first page of this agreement.
14.2 The grant does not cover the cancellation costs of participation in the visit. If the Responsible, after signing the agreement, no longer attends the preparatory visit for reasons other than the force majeure, the Project Promoter is required to pay any fees from their own resources.
14.3 The Project Promoter and the Responsible comply with the requirements set out in the 2017 Call for Project Proposals and the 2017 Applicant's Guide which stipulate that the action is not financed through another grant from the European Union's budget, the national budget or other EEA grant. In the event of failure to comply with these obligations, the PO reserves the right to terminate the contract under Article 12.2 (g) and recover any payment already made in advance.
14.4 The Project Promoter and the Responsible pledge to promptly notify the PO, through a written declaration, any change of the data of the present contract (failure to make the visit in the established period, waiver of participation, change of the period or duration, changes of name/ home/bank details, etc). If the PO agrees to these changes, they will be the subject of an amendment to this agreement. The PO reserves the right to request the termination of the present agreement if such changes are not brought to its attention within 10 days from the date of their occurrence.
14.5 The Project Promoter and the Responsible pledge to return this agreement signed and stamped in its original form, with at least 10 working days from its receipt.
14.6 The Responsible pledges to reimburse to the PO the amounts mentioned in the Expenditure Statement of the Final Report (Xxxxx XX) deemed non-eligible by the PO, including the bank fee charged by the bank for these transfers.

OTHER SPECIAL TERMS. A. Contractor shall conduct all on-site services during regular working hours, which are defined as weekdays Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., holidays excluded.
B. Contractor shall implement and comply with all required OSHA safety standards throughout the project and properly lock out and tag all equipment being worked on.
C. Contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations regarding transporting, storing, handling, and disposal of hazardous substances, and shall appropriately control and report clean up of accidental spills of such products to the appropriate agencies. Recycling or proper disposal of hazardous waste is Contractor's responsibility.
D. Contractor shall provide acoustical barriers so noise emanating from tools or equipment will not exceed legal noise levels.
E. Continuous operation of District facilities is of critical importance. Contractor shall schedule and conduct activities to enable existing facilities to operate continuously, unless otherwise specified.
F. Contractor shall, on a daily basis, sweep all floors, pick up and dispose of all debris and perform other housekeeping as necessary to keep the area of Work neat and orderly. Contractor shall maintain safe access to all equipment for operation and maintenance of the plant facility and treatment processes. Final cleaning shall be considered a condition of Final Completion of the Work.
G. Contractor shall confine construction equipment, the storage of materials and equipment, and the operations of workers to the site and other areas permitted by laws and regulations, and shall not unreasonably encumber any site where services are performed or other areas with materials or equipment.
H. It is the goal of the District to maintain its status as a “Conditionally Exempt Small Quantity Generator” regarding the generation of Hazardous Waste. Pounds of waste generated by Contractor during work activities shall be charged against Contractor’s EPA ID number and not against the local site EPA ID number. This will require that Contractor remove materials that meet Oregon’s definition of Hazardous Waste from District’s property as frequently as practical. Removal shall be done before consolidation, manifesting, or shipping of the waste, preferably by each workday’s end. Recycling or proper disposal of the waste is the responsibility of Contractor or its agent.
