Other Terminations or Resignations. No amounts shall be payable to you under this Agreement if your employment ends during the Term for any reason other than an Involuntary Termination. If your employment ends during the Term for any reason other than an Involuntary Termination, you shall be entitled to receive only the compensation and benefits contemplated by the terms and provisions of the Company’s plans and arrangements then in effect.
