Other Than Normal Working Hours or All. Working Hours at Secure Locations – Federally-Funded Projects: Work performed from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Monday to Friday, and any time Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays, or at any time on any day within a secured facility as described in the General Terms and Conditions. The Contractor will perform Tasks during Other Than Normal Working Hours for federally-funded projects, or All Working Hours on federally-funded projects at secure locations, for the Unit Price set forth in the CTC multiplied by the Adjustment Factor of: 1.6050.

  • Normal Workweek The normal workweek shall consist of five (5) days, eight (8) hours per day and forty (40) hours per week. This Article shall not restrict the extension of the regular workday or workweek on an overtime basis when such is necessary to carry on the business of the District.

  • Union Activity During Working Hours Solicitation of Union membership or collection or checking of dues will not be conducted during working time. The Company agrees not to discriminate in any way against any employee for Union activity, but such activity shall not be carried on during working time, except as specifically allowed by the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Normal Work Week The normal work week shall be thirty-seven and one-half (37 1/2) hours, and the normal daily hours of work shall be seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours, exclusive of a meal period. The normal work week shall be Monday through Friday and the normal workday shall be scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

  • Service outside business hours However, if under Clause 28.3 a notice would be deemed to be served: (a) on a day which is not a business day in the place of receipt; or (b) on such a business day, but after 5 p.m. local time, the notice shall (subject to Clause 28.5) be deemed to be served, and shall take effect, at 9 a.m. on the next day which is such a business day.

  • Sunday Work Employees required to work overtime on Sundays shall be paid for a minimum of three hours work at double time. The double time is to be paid until the employee is relieved from duty.
