Other Tools and Equipment Clause Samples
The 'Other Tools and Equipment' clause defines the responsibilities regarding the provision, use, and maintenance of tools and equipment not specifically listed elsewhere in the agreement. Typically, this clause clarifies whether the contractor or the client is responsible for supplying additional tools required to complete the work, and may set standards for their condition or suitability.
