OTHER UNION CONTROVERSY. The Union agrees that in the event the Company becomes involved in a controversy with any other Union, the Union will do all in its power to help effect a fair settlement and the Union will not participate in any sympathetic cessation of work or slowdown program while the controversy is being settled. It shall not be a violation of this Agreement or cause for discharge or discipline of any Flight Attendant in the performance of duties to refuse to cross a legal picket line recognized by the Union. During the life of this Agreement, there shall be no lockout by the Company or any strike, sit- down, slowdown or work stoppage or suspension of work either complete or partial for any reason by the Union.
