Other Voting Securities. In the event the Company declares a dividend or other distribution payable in Voting Securities, any Transfer of such Voting Securities by the Stockholder or its Affiliates shall be governed by this Article II (including the definition of Transfer contained in Section 2.1 and the legend requirements of Section 2.3).
Other Voting Securities. The term "Other Voting Securities" shall mean any securities of the Company (other than Common Stock) that grant its registered holders the right to vote collectively with the holders of Common Stock on all matters submitted to a vote of stockholders of the Company.
