Our Products and Services. We provide advice on pension planning and retirement options, investments, savings and family protection. We specialise in providing our clients with “a personal and professional service” to help them with their financial issues. Our current clients value the ‘professional friendship’ they have with us, and the financial education we provide. Restricted Advice. We will advise and make a recommendation for you after we have assessed your needs. Restricted advice means that the adviser will only consider recommending investments from a limited range of products. No Advice. You will not receive advice or a recommendation from us. We may ask some questions to narrow down the selection of products that we will provide details on. You will then need to make your own choice about how to proceed.
Our Products and Services. 4.1 Our regulated products and services may have one or more of the following components, and different or concurrent terms may apply depending on the nature of the product or service itself. If the product or service offered to you or that you’re using involves us:
(a) issuing e-money to and storing it for you, please refer to the terms set out in Section A below.
(b) issuing you a prepaid or debit card, please refer to the terms set out Section B below.

4.3 Our products and services do not include the provision of advice. We do not offer advice under this Agreement on any matter including (without limit) the merits or otherwise of any currency transactions, on taxation, or markets.

Our Products and Services. Our advice services are available to anyone who is over the age of 18 and resident in the UK. We will arrange for all investments to be registered in your name unless you first instruct us to do otherwise in writing. We will forward you all documents showing ownership of your investments as soon as is practicable after we receive them. Where several documents are due involving a series of transactions, we normally hold each document until the series is complete then forward them to you. We will not place any restrictions on our recommendations, unless advised to the contrary. We will therefore assume that you wish to place no restrictions on the types of investment we may recommend and in which you may subsequently invest. We will also assume that you wish to place no restrictions on the markets in which transactions are to be executed. We will provide independent advice and make a recommendation for you after we have assessed your needs. Our recommendation will be based on a comprehensive and fair analysis of a sufficient range of relevant financial products from across the market to meet your investment objectives. Our relevant market does not include single shares, derivatives or higher risk leveraged financial instruments.

Our Products and Services. We place products with a wide selection of insurance markets and look to carry out a fair analysis of the market. If We have not conducted a fair analysis, We will advise you of the scope of marketing conducted before you take out or renew a policy with Us. Our service may include making a recommendation about the insurance products We offer. Unless otherwise advised, We will act as your agent when providing the following services: ▪ arranging cover as instructed; ▪ assisting with on‐going changes; ▪ assisting with claims made on insurance policies We have arranged For certain types of insurance, We have arranged facilities where We are authorised to bind insurance cover on and/or issue policy contract documentation on behalf of insurers, in which case We would be acting as agent of the insurer for this part of the transaction. Where We can bind on behalf of insurers, We will highlight this to you. Furthermore, We arrange facilities which enable an insurer to bind business for itself and other insurers and We may manage these facilities for such insurers. These are arranged due to economies of scale and the ease of being able to place cover. We may recommend and place your business under these arrangements where We consider that these meet your insurance requirements and will advise you if this is the case. We may on occasions use the services of another broker to assist in the placement of your business and We shall use Our reasonable endeavours to ensure that at party complies with all relevant regulatory requirements in the course of providing such services. We do not offer advice in relation to tax, accounting, regulatory or legal matters (including economic sanctions) and you should take separate advice as you consider necessary regarding such matters.

We select products after carrying out a fair and personal analysis of the market and unless we tell you otherwise before you take out or renew a policy with us, our service includes making a recommendation about the insurance products we offer. Unless otherwise advised, we will act as your agent when providing the following services: ▪ Arranging cover as instructed; ▪ Assist with on‐going changes; ▪ Assistance with claims made on insurance policies we have arranged For certain types of insurance, we are authorised to issue policy documentation and/or certificates on behalf of insurers, in which case we would be acting as agent of the insurer for this part of the transaction. Furthermore, we may arrange lineslips which enable an insurer to bind business for itself and other insurers and we may manage these lineslips for such insurers. We may place your business under these arrangements where we reasonably consider that these meet your insurance requirements. We may use the services of a sub‐broker to assist in the placement of your business and we shall use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that the sub‐broker complies with all relevant regulatory requirements in the course of providing such services. We do not offer advice in relation to tax, accounting, regulatory or legal matters (including economic sanctions) and you should take separate advice as you consider necessary regarding such matters.
Our Products and Services. You agree that when dealing in Securities in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, you do not have the right to obtain physical delivery of these securities where these securities are registered in the name of our appointed Agent on your behalf. You also agree that our Agent may exercise any rights that we or any other Agent may have under these Terms and Conditions.
