OUR RIGHT TO DEMAND PAYMENT. The entire outstanding debit balance on the Card Account shall become immediately due and payable by you and the Corporation jointly and severally: (a) upon demand by us; (b) upon termination of the Card and Card Account; and/or (c) upon any breach by you or the Corporation of any of the terms and conditions in this Agreement.
