Our Role. We are the data controller in relation to personal information which We collect about You. This means that We are responsible for deciding how We hold and use personal information about You. Personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified.
Our Role. In its role as auctioneer of Lots, Gorringe’s acts solely for and in the interests of the Seller. Gorringe’s job is to sell the Lot at the highest price obtainable at the Sale to a Bidder. Gorringe’s does not act for Buyers or Bidders in this role and does not give advice to Buyers or Bidders. When it or its staff make statements about a Lot or, if Gorringe’s provides a Condition Report on a Lot it is doing that on behalf of the Seller of the Lot. Xxxxxxx and Buyers who are themselves not expert in the Lots are strongly advised to seek and obtain independent advice on the Lots and their value before bidding for them. The Seller has authorised Gorringe’s to sell the Lot as its agent on its behalf and, save where we expressly make it clear to the contrary, Gorringe’s acts only as agent for the Seller. Any statement or representation we make in respect of a Lot is made on the Seller’s behalf and, unless Gorringe’s sells a Lot as principal, not on our behalf and any Contract for Sale is between the Buyer and the Seller and not with us. If Gorringe’s sells a Lot as principal this will either be stated in the Catalogue or an announcement to that effect will be made by the Auctioneer, or it will be stated in a notice at the Sale or an insert in the Catalogue. Gorringe’s does not owe or undertake or agree to any duty or responsibility to you in contract or tort (whether direct, collateral, express, implied or otherwise). If you successfully bid for a Lot and buy it, at that stage Gorringe’s does enter into an agreement with the Buyer. The terms of that contract are set out in our Buyer’s Agreement. This will govern Gorringe’s relationship with the Buyer.

Our Role. 1.1 The Payments Solution (“Services”) is a payment processing service that helps the Partner integrate with a payment processor (the “Payment Processor”) as set out in this Payments Agreement, allowing the Partner to accept payments from Customers (as defined below) online via platforms provided by BRS Golf.
1.2 Services are provided by BRS Golf Limited (CRN: XX0000000), of City Quays 0, 0 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, XX0 0XX (‘BRS Golf’, ‘Us’, ‘We’).
1.3 BRS Golf supply the Services in accordance with this Payments Agreement, and for the sake of completeness is not a bank, payment institution or money services business. By Accepting this Payments Agreement, the Partner acknowledges and agrees that BRS Golf is the provider of the Services and that BRS Golf will be designated as an authorised representative of the Partner towards the Payment Processor with respect to the Partner’s use and access of the Services.
Our Role. The Digital Services include a platform for vehicle and other item listings and information services. We are not the creator or owner of the items posted on the Digital Services by Sellers for Buyers to bid on. Rather, we provide the Digital Services, which enable Users to access certain features and functionalities, including posting vehicles and other products and services, and bidding on such products and services. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that any of their User Content meets all applicable local, state, provincial, national and other laws, rules and regulations, and that any goods (including vehicles) and services promoted, offered or otherwise described on the Digital Services are described in listings, and/or delivered as described, in an accurate satisfactory manner. For any payment processing related to Purchases made on the Digital Services, if the Seller or third party responsible for the applicable vehicle or other good or service selects a payment processing method that uses a third party to process the payment, then we do not process that payment transaction. As part of the Digital Services, the Company may assist Sellers in the creation of their listings (including the content of such listing) but it remains each Seller’s responsibility to make sure that its listings are accurate. THE COMPANY IS NOT AN AUTOMOBILE BROKER, DEALER OR TRADITIONAL AUCTIONEER AND WE DO NOT SELL, EXCHANGE, BUY, OR OFFER FOR SALE, NEGOTIATE OR ATTEMPT TO NEGOTIATE, A SALE OR EXCHANGE OF AN INTEREST IN ANY VEHICLE LISTED ON THE DIGITAL SERVICES. THE COMPANY HAS NEVER: (I) HELD TITLE FOR ANY VEHICLE LISTED ON THE DIGITAL SERVICES, (2) INSPECTED ANY VEHICLE LISTED ON THE DIGITAL SERVICES OR (3) HAD ANY VEHICLES LISTED ON THE DIGITAL SERVICES IN ITS LEGAL POSSESSION.
Our Role. We (the Company) will provide you, or arrange for you to receive, the Enhancements. We do not, however, engage in the practice of medicine or provide any diagnostic, therapeutic or clinical services; nor does the Company make any assurance or guarantee that any treatment or procedure provided by your Physician or the Practice will be successful. No act or service required or permitted to be rendered by the Company pursuant to this Agreement should be construed or deemed to constitute the practice of medicine.
Our Role. Except for our limited role in processing payments that you authorize or initiate, we are not involved in any underlying transaction between you, any other user, or any service providers enrolled in the Amazon Flexible Payments Service (" Provider "). We are not a bank and do not offer banking services. We may use the services of one or more third parties to provide the Service and process your transactions (each a " Processor "). Except for qualifying transactions under our Payment Protection Policy described in the Specific Terms for Seller Accounts and Business Accounts, we do not guaranty payment on behalf of any user. We are not a selling agent in connection with any sale by you of goods or services to any person. We have no control over the quality, fitness, safety, reliability, legality, or any other aspect of any good or service that you may purchase or sell using the Service or any Provider's Application that you may use to access the Service.
Our Role. 2.1 The Investment Service offered by us on the Platform are in accordance with the Guidelines on Recognized Markets issued by the Securities Commission of Malaysia and the applicable laws. We are not a registered broker, Institutional Unit Trust Adviser (IUTA) or investment advisor and do not conduct any activity that would require such registration.
2.2 We do not provide any advice or recommendation (including but not limited to investment, legal, taxation or other advice) that you buy, sell or otherwise deal in the Funds, or with respect to any aspect of the transactions conducted through the Platform, other than advice on the technical use of the Platform. Nothing on the Platform or any communications sent to you shall constitute or is intended to constitute any advice or recommendation.
2.3 You agree, understand and acknowledge that:
(a) you are required to further comply with any account opening standards as provided in the account opening agreement by our Capital Markets Services License (CMSL) partner, UOB AM;
(b) the Funds are not offered by us. We are only arranging or facilitating the sale, purchase or subscription of the Funds offered and managed by our CMSL partner, UOB AM, to you through the Platform;
(c) all relevant information relating to our Investment Service offered/ to the Funds will be made available through the Platform; (d) once you initiate the process, your investments in the Funds will be made through an electronically automated process on the Platform with no personal discussion or intervention;
(d) while we display information on the Platform relating to the Funds/ Investment Service such as a general description of the Funds/ Investment Service and make available the Documents (as hereinafter defined) on the Platform, all data available on the Platform is strictly for information purposes only and should not be regarded as an offer, solicitation, invitation, advice or recommendation on our part to buy or sell or in any manner deal with any securities or other capital markets product or financial services (including but not limited to the Funds offered on the Platform); (f) we shall have the sole discretion to add to or remove any Fund offered on the Platform by our CMSL partner, UOB AM, to you;
(e) in respect of any transactions to or from your Wallet for the Investment Service, you shall be bound by the Monthly Transaction Limit and Wallet Limit (if any) applicable to the Wallet, as set out in the General T&Cs;
