Outplacement Support. The Company will provide me up to 12 months of outplacement support through a provider selected and paid for by the Company. In order to receive any of the Severance Benefits, the Requirements to Accept Offer described below must be fulfilled. If the Requirements to Accept Offer are not fulfilled, the Company Offer automatically terminates. The Severance Benefits are in addition to wages due to me for work performed and will be paid to me as consideration for my settlement, release and discharge of any and all known or unknown claims as described below.
Outplacement Support. The Company will afford an Employee made redundant under clause 34, and who is not redeployed within the Company, access to outplacement assistance. The provider and services offered to the Employee will be at the discretion of the Company.
Outplacement Support. Up to fifteen (15) days of outplacement support thought Right Management Consultants, or a similar company.

(a) sign this Agreement and return it to the Company by either:
(i) hand-delivering the Agreement to Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, Director, Human Resources, 0000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx., Xxx Xxxxx, XX 00000 no later than close of business on May 28, 2021; or
(ii) mailing or sending the Agreement by overnight service such as Federal Express to: Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, Director, Human Resources, 0000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx., Xxx Xxxxx, XX 00000. If mailed, the envelope must be postmarked no later than May 28, 2021 and must be received within a reasonable time thereafter. If overnighted, it must be received no later than May 28, 2021.
(iii) faxing the Agreement to Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, Director, Human Resources at [ ] no later than May 28, 2021; or
(iv) sending the Agreement via Electronic Mail (email) to Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, Director, Human Resources at [ ] no later than May 28, 2021.
(b) not revoke this Agreement during the seven (7) day
Outplacement Support. Where appropriate, the employer shall give affected kaimahi outplacement support to prepare a CV.
Outplacement Support. Company to provide Employee with Executive Outplacement Support from an outside vendor (up to $15,000 if needed). Vendor to be determined by Human Resources and Employee.
Outplacement Support. The Company may offer to the Employee at its discretion, outplacement services with an approved external provider to assist in finding new employment for a value and period determined by the Company.
Outplacement Support. 7.9.1 Where outplacement services are provided to employees under this agreement, the Company will use an AWU nominated supplier, provided that the cost is not higher than the Company's preferred supplier.

The outplacement services will begin upon Executive’s request to the Company. If the outplacement services are not requested within 90 days of the Effective Date of this Agreement, the offer of this benefit expires.
