Common use of Outside Indebtedness Clause in Contracts

Other than in the ordinary course of business and consistent with past practices, create, incur, assume or permit to exist any indebtedness for borrowed moneys, other than loans from the Bank, except obligations now existing as shown in the financial statement dated March 31, 1998, excluding those obligations being refinanced by Bank.
