Common use of Over-Scheduling Charges Clause in Contracts

Over-Scheduling Charges. (A) Tier 1. If, during any Trading Hour, the metered demand within an EIM Entity Balancing Authority Area is less than the base schedule of supply submitted by the EIM Entity by more than 5% but less than or equal to 10% and by at least 2 MW, the CAISO shall pay the Imbalance Energy at the EIM Entity Load Aggregation Point a price that is 75% of the hourly real-time Load Aggregation Point price.
