Common use of Overrun Delivery Charge Clause in Contracts

Overrun Delivery Charge. For each Day, the Overrun Delivery Charge shall be payable by the Customer to the Service Provider in respect of the Overrun Delivery Rate delivered to the Customer pursuant to Clause 5.11 and shall be calculated as the sum across all hours in the Day as follows: Overrun Delivery Charge = Where:  max(( EDRh  MDRh),0)xODP h1 EDRh is the Effective Delivery Rate expressed in kWh/Day MDRh is the Maximum Delivery Rate expressed in kWh/Day ODP is the Overrun Delivery Price as specified Schedule 1 expressed in p/kWh

For each DayDay in a Month, the Overrun Delivery Charge (in pounds sterling) shall be payable by the Customer to the Service Provider in respect of the Overrun Delivery Rate (if applicable) delivered to the Customer pursuant to Clause 5.11 5.6(b) and shall be calculated as the sum across all hours in the Day as follows: Overrun Delivery Charge = Where:  max(( EDRh  MDRh),0)xODP h1 EDRh is = the Effective Delivery Rate expressed in kWh/Day Day; MDRh is = the Maximum Delivery Rate expressed in kWh/Day Day; and ODP is = the Overrun Delivery Price as specified Schedule 1 expressed in p/kWh/hr.
