Oversight Agreement Managers and Project Managers. [Name] is designated by DTSC as its Manager for this Oversight Agreement. [Name] is designated by the Agency as Manager for this Oversight Agreement. Each Party to this Oversight Agreement will provide at least ten (10) days advance written notice to the other of any change in its designated Oversight Agreement Manager. DTSC and the Agency may designate a Project Manager for any Property or group of Properties incorporated into this Oversight Agreement. Both DTSC and the Agency reserve the right to appoint different Project Managers, pursuant to this Oversight Agreement, for different projects that may be ongoing at the same time.
