OVERTIME AND HOLIDAYS. 5.1 An Employer may require employees to perform work in excess of their regularly assigned hours. All time worked by an employee before and after his regular shift on Monday to Friday inclusive, except as provided in Article 4 and all hours worked on Saturday and Sunday shall be paid for at the rate of double time. Double time shall continue for all hours worked until the employee has had eight (8) consecutive hours off or longer if mutually agreed to by the employer and the employee.
OVERTIME AND HOLIDAYS. (a) For all Locals, all work performed before or after an Employee’s regular shift (see Article 4) and on Saturdays, Sundays and recognized holidays, shall be deemed overtime. The rate of wages for all overtime shall be double the regular day shift rate.

OVERTIME AND HOLIDAYS. (a) Overtime rate of time-and-one-half, computed on an accrual minute basis, adjusted to the nearest quarter of an hour with a minimum of one (1) hour overtime (minimum ½ hour in Cargo), shall be paid for all work performed either prior to or after an employee’s regular scheduled hours, and for the first four (4) hours in excess of eight (8) hours of straight time worked in any regular work day, and for the first (8) hours worked on one of the two (2) regular scheduled days off. Employees will have an option of taking overtime as compensatory time off (CTO) to a limit of forty (40) hours for full time employees and twenty (20) hours for part time employees. Time off will be given at a time mutually agreed between the Company and the employee. CTO will be credited at the applicable overtime rate. For example, an employee who works eight (8) hours at time-and-one-half will be credited for twelve (12) hours CTO. Any employee who works eight (8) hours at double-time will be credited for sixteen (16) hours CTO. An employee may choose to split overtime compensation between pay and CTO.

OVERTIME AND HOLIDAYS. Overtime work shall, as far as possible, be divided equally among the Iron Workers on the job except when more than one shift is employed as hereinabove set forth. When overtime is necessary and more Iron Workers are required than are actually working for the Employer, additional Iron Workers that are required must be taken from the ranks of the unemployed. Employees shall not be allowed to work overtime evenings, or Saturdays, Sundays or holidays for any employer other than the one by whom he is regularly employed. If a xxxxxxx has been appointed to the job, he or she shall be employed on all overtime work, provided he or she is capable of performing the work in question. Time and one-half shall be paid for all work in excess of eight (8) hours on any regular work day. All work performed on Saturday shall be paid at time and one-half rate of wages. Double time must be paid for all work performed on Sundays and the following holidays: New Year's Day, Christmas Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Thanksgiving Day. No work under any conditions shall be performed on Labor Day, except in emergency endangering life or property, when double time shall be paid. Any holiday which occurs on Sunday shall be observed the following Monday. Iron Workers receiving time and one-half rate and continuing into what normally would be classified as regular working hours shall receive time and one-half when required to continue work in straight time periods on the same job after having worked at least eight
