(HSBHSA, HSN) An employee who is required entitled to work double time (2T) compensation for overtime worked on a paid holiday, as defined in Article 19.01, shall receive compensation at calculated in accordance with the provisions of Article 16.01, based on the employee's regular bi-weekly rate of double time (2T) pay in effect for all hours the regular shift prior to the period in which the overtime is worked.
