1.5 IF A POTENTIAL TENDERER BELIEVES THAT THE CITY MAY BE UNABLE TO SELECT IT DUE TO A CONFLICT OF INTEREST, BUT IS UNCERTAIN ABOUT THIS, THE POTENTIAL TENDERER IS URGED TO CONTACT THE CONTACT PERSON AS SOON AS POSSIBLE WITH THE RELEVANT INFORMATION SO THAT THE CITY MAY ADVISE THE POTENTIAL TENDERER REGARDING THE MATTER. SEE SCHEDULE “L” FOR AN INDICATION OF THE TYPES OF CONFLICTS OF INTEREST THAT OFTEN ARISE.
Overview of Project. Optionee proposes to bring new Class “A” Industrial Warehouse product to the NW Florida region. E-commerce, third-party logistics and manufacturers continue to drive industrial demand nationally and existing businesses are expanding at record pace. Given the population growth of NW Florida and the surge in demand for goods and services, Optionee is under the firm belief that NW Florida, particularly the Pensacola area need speculative warehouse development. Optionee currently has over 4 million sq/ft of planned industrial development projects in Kansas City, Arkansas, Arizona and Colorado. Collectively the Partners have experience of over $2.5 billion of work in place. With our wide reach and nationwide connections, we will be able to quickly bring tenants and new jobs to the area. A general conceptual overview of the project, as currently envisioned, is attached hereto as Exhibit “C”.
Overview of Project. The Pickaway County Community Foundation is developing a new 9,000 square foot children’s museum known as the Inspiration Station. The museum will offer hands-on learning experiences centered around science, technology, and the arts. There will be a specific focus on agriculture, environmental science, and career exploration as the community indicated these as areas of need. Therefore, the Pickaway County Community Foundation is partnering with the OSU Pickaway County Extension Office to provide programming related to STEM, 4-H, Family and Consumer Sciences, and more.
Overview of Project. MRCA has been awarded Proposition A grant funds from the Los Angeles County Regional Park and Open Space District (“Open Space District”), Proposition 84 grant funds from the Xxxxxxx Hills Conservancy, Proposition 84 grant funds from the Santa Xxxxxx Xxx Restoration Commission, State Coastal Conservancy, and other granting agencies for the purpose of park and open space development along the Ballona Creek for the Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx xxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx improvements. The parties seek to work together in accordance with this Agreement to develop, design, construct and maintain recreation and open space at the Site (the "Project"). The Site is identified in Exhibit “A” attached hereto.
Overview of Project. The Project will include modifications to four (4) of the existing anaerobic digesters, replacement of the digester gas pipeline and upgrades to the dissolved air flotation thickeners (“DAFTs”) at the San Xxxx-Santa Xxxxx Regional Wastewater Facility (“Plant”). The digester modifications include upgrades to Plant digester nos. 5, 6, 7, and 8 to like-new condition, and DAFT systems will be upgraded to improve digester and DAFT capacity, safety, and performance. The Project preliminary construction budget, excluding compensation to Consultant, is $50,000,000.00. The following specific elements are included in the Project: Digester Cover and Mixing Upgrades – This element includes new digester covers and mixers, replacement of the existing lateral piping, construction of redundant pressure relief valve (“PRV”) and flame arrester assemblies, and installation of new condensate tanks. The Project scope presently does not include any modification to the current mesophilic Class B digestion process employed at the Plant, although an evaluation of alternatives thereto is presently being performed by Consultant under Master Agreement Service Order #4 (“Digester Process Evaluation”).

Overview of Project. The Accelerator Science and Technology Centre (ASTeC) at Daresbury Laboratory is currently building an accelerator test facility, XXXXX – the Compact Linear Accelerator for Research and Applications. The XXXXX Conceptual Design Report (CDR) was published in May 2014, and can be found on the IOP website: xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxx/article/10.1088/1748-0221/9/05/T05001/meta. XXXX (Full Energy Beam Exploitation) is an add-on to the XXXXX project, taking the 250 MeV electron beam into a separately-shielded experimental hutch, providing additional resources for experiments and exploitation such as laser- plasma acceleration. The beamline requires dipole, quadrupole, and corrector magnets. This procurement relates to the quadrupole and corrector beamline magnets. The Contracting Authority is looking to procure the magnets for this beamline from Bidders who specialise in design, manufacture and testing of similar magnetic systems for accelerators.
Overview of Project. Developer proposes to develop, construct, operate, and maintain the Project as described in the Project Description. To that end, Xxxxxxxxx has prepared that certain Project Concept Plan for the Project. The Project Concept Plan includes a Project Phasing Plan which describes and depicts the projected Phases of the Project contemplated as of the Effective Date of this Agreement. As plans for subsequent phases of the Project are finalized and approved by the City, those plans shall be incorporated into the Final Project Plan and memorialized in addenda to this Agreement.
