Owner as Additional Insured. All insurance coverages shall be endorsed to include Owner as an additional named insured for Work performed in accordance with the Contract Documents, and all insurance certificates shall evidence Owner as an additional insured.

Village will be named as an Additional Insured on all policies except for: Worker’s Compensation Professional Liability Each additional Insured endorsement will identify Village as follows: Village of East Dundee including its Board members and elected and appointed officials, its officers, employees, agents, attorneys, the Consultants, and representatives.
