Ownership and Control of Parking Equipment. Lessee will purchase and install the parking equipment at the Site at Lessee’s sole expense. Parking equipment installed at the Site will remain the property of Lessee, regardless of how it is attached, and whether or not it is considered a fixture or an attachment to real property under applicable laws. Lessee will use reasonable efforts to maintain and operate the equipment at the Site, and will use reasonable efforts to enforce parking on spaces regulated by the parking equipment on the Site. Lessor grants to Lessee the right to replace, repair, add to, or otherwise modify the equipment or any portion thereof during the term. At the end of the term of this Lease, or in the Lessee’s discretion, within sixty (60) days after, Lessee will, at its sole cost, remove the parking equipment from the Site and patch any holes in the concrete within the Site that were created by Xxxxxx.

  • Ownership and Location of Metering Equipment The Metering Equipment to be constructed, the capability of the Metering Equipment to be constructed, and the ownership thereof, are identified on the attached Schedule C to this ISA.

  • Ownership and Control All components of the Placer County Technology Platform, including voicemail, email messages sent and received, files and records created or placed on any County file server, and all data placed onto or accessed by the County’s computer network including internet access, are and remain either the property of or under the control of Placer County and not the User.

  • Special Equipment The Employer agrees to provide specialty tools, emergency supplies/equipment, testing equipment and safety equipment as needed to perform required duties as determined and authorized by the Chief or designee. The emergency supplies/equipment will include appropriate survival provisions and equipment for each permanent Maintenance Mechanic 4 and the Law Enforcement Communications Systems Supervisor when they are performing duties that would require such provisions and equipment. When necessary, the employer will replenish used or expired survival provisions and damaged and unusable equipment. All supplies and equipment will be returned to the employer when the employee is no longer performing the duties that would require the survival provisions and/or equipment.

  • Additional Equipment Additional Equipment may from time to time be added as the subject matter of this Agreement as agreed on by the parties. Any additional property will be added in an amendment describing the property, the monthly rental, security deposit, and stipulated loss value of the additional Equipment. All amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties. Other than by this amendment procedure, this Agreement may not be amended, modified, or altered in any manner except in writing signed by both parties.

  • Office Equipment The Client must not install any cabling, IT or telecom connections without the Provider’s consent, which the Provider may refuse at its absolute discretion. As a condition to the Provider’s consent, the Client must permit the Provider to oversee any installations (for example IT or electrical systems) and to verify that such installations do not interfere with the use of the accommodation(s) by other Clients or the Provider or any landlord of the building.

  • REPLACEMENT OF PERSONAL PROPERTY (A) An employee, while on duty and acting within the scope of employment, who suffers damage or destruction of the employee’s watch or prescription glasses, or other items of personal property as have been given prior approval by the agency as required to adequately perform the duties of the position, will be reimbursed as provided herein.
